MANAGED SERVICES
Monitoring: Our monitoring service is designed to guarantee your infrastructure, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We monitor your devices in real time, continuously analyzing performance and generating alarms to detect problems by means of thresholds which make it possible to establish varying service and control qualities.

Total Performance Management (TPM): TPM offers a range of monitoring services and management and support of infrastructure hardware and software, supporting all IP-based devices and the widest range of servers, data bases, e-business applications, ERP systems and customized tools.

Back-up and Restore: This service is designed to create back-up copies of the information housed in our databases or decentralized back-ups of systems and servers located elsewhere, always ensuring consistency. Our clients can select their back-up service either through a standard server at a prearranged time, or on-line without having to worry about timeframes, thanks to the policies previously defined by the client.
